...I am doing the Race for Life with a friend from work in Manc land on 21st June.

Yes, I am aware I can't run. And yes, I'm aware that I don't actually own a pair of trainers at this precise moment in time. And /yes/, I am aware that it's not long til June and I'd better get my arse in gear and start training.

In order to assist me in this venture, and promote the moral obligation feeling (coupled with the fact that I really want to do this as I've known a couple of people who've had cancer and this should be enough to motivate me to buy those trainers), please sponsor me in this crazy venture :)

Hi

Please can you drop me some comments about the general wonder that was the Siren Sextet / Glorystrokes ceilidh for Water Aid on 18th October? My mam has been asked to write an article or some such thing (possibly just get some comments - I'm not sure) about it for the Stirrings magazine, and we need to get it to the editor (one Gavin Davenport!) by Wednesday 19th Nov.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
